KEY'S TO THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AREA MANAGER POSITION:
Strong technical background: Engineer OR Extensive experience in the industry
MUST HAVE SPECIFIC INDUSTRY/PRODUCT EXPERIENCE FOR SPECIFIC LOCATION
Sales experience-in the field or strong sales experience with extensive product knowledge
Marketing Expereince
Local market knowledge-specific to that geographical area:Experience working in the local market
Prefer experience working in the circuit breaker industry, but can provide technical training if necessary.

Highly motivated
Strong self-initiative

Strong communication skills
Able to build relationships with marketing, sales, and suppliers both domestically and internationally.

COMPENSATION:
SALARY: $70-$85k
BONUS: 15% TARGET, 30% MAX
