We have an opportunity for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Rep with a unique combination of customer service, technical, and inside sales experience.  The position requires great attention to detail and extreme customer focus in an exciting, fast-paced international manufacturing environment.  

 

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of customer service experience and mechanical aptitude.  Responsibilities include order placement using JD Edwards, technical support and following up on customer needs.  You must have an understanding of mechanical devices – how things work.  Knowledge of pumps, dispensing technology, or fluid metering a huge plus.  Bi-lingual skills to include reading and writing in Spanish.

 

The successful candidate must possess strong computer skills in Windows and MS Office applications, especially Excel (able to create new spreadsheets, formulas, sort, etc.) and Access as well as mainframe order entry experience – SAP, ORACLE, MANMAN, MAPICS, or JDEdwards.
