We currently have an opening for a Technical Services/Customer Service Representative in our Strongsville facility.Job Summary:Individual will provide support to the following areas: Liquid Nails Business Line including, but not limited to, the Temple Manufacturing Plant, Warehouse and all Customer request, inquires and orders.Responsibilities: The customer service representative performs numerous duties to include: answering incoming telephone calls, providing customers with accurate information regarding product recommendations / usage and order status. The representative handles verbal and written communication (mail and webmail) from customers by assessing the situation and responding according to department protocol.Incumbent receives orders via EDI & fax and processes those orders in a timely manner; reviewing, identifying and resolving issues with pricing, shipping requirements and product availability. This requires open communication with sales reps, credit manager, production and warehouses. The candidate will review daily reports of items not shipped, track those orders, and advise customer/sales rep of backorder status.The incumbent shall also process product returns and cancelled orders and utilize knowledge of the business's customer service system which houses information pertaining to: product inventory levels, product pricing, order entry, order processing, shipping, receiving, invoicing, etc. The incumbent will respond to internal / external customer inquiries and complaints within a timely manner. This position is responsible for completing file maintenance for the specific customers, carriers or suppliers listed within the customer service computer system. Skills:Strong customer focus skills are required along with good team orientation, ability to take ownership, time management, and functional excellence. Must be able to work independently, make decisions and work under pressure.Requirements:Ability to speak English and Spanish. College degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required. 2-4 yrs. of experience is required. Proficiency with all Micro Soft Applications.
