Bilingual Supervisor to $60,000 package

Employee Owned Foundry Operation

Our client has promoted one of their second shift supervisors and needs to replace him. This is a dynamic, employee owned foundry operation. This person must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements:
1. At least 4 years of foundry production experience and a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is that environment.
2. Sufficiently bilingual in English and Spanish to insure effective communication with staff whose native language is Spanish.

Duties:
1. Lead a team of 10 reports in the melting and casting of alloy castings on 2nd shift (1 to 9 PM)
2. Effectively enforce company policies and OSHA and governmental regulations
3. Meet production schedules and quality standards
4. Train staff
5. Assist with budget and cost savings

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary ranges from $41,000 to $51,000 but there is monthly profit sharing averaging 8% and annual production bonuses ranging from $2,000 to $7,000 depending on goals being met.
