Our customers are found in the transport/off-road vehicle, industry, offshore, shipbuilding, power, process and construction industries. ESAB has a strong position – supported by extensive distribution networks – in all major global markets.
The ESAB Territory Sales manager is responsible for selling the complete line of ESAB’s standard line of welding equipment and consumables. In the equipment line this would include manual plasma equipment, gas apparatus, MIG and TIG equipment. In the consumables area this would include the complete line of MIG solid wire, flux cored wires, stainless steel solid, and flux cored and metal cored wires and the complete line of stick electrodes. This position does not get involved with the sale of automation equipment or large cutting machines. Sales in these areas are handled by other groups within the ESAB organization. The Territory sales manager works in a geographic area and is responsible for meeting yearly sales goals.
The Territory Sales Manager is also responsible for the following items: Developing new end user accounts, developing current end user accounts, developing channel partners in a given territory and handling customer service issues.
The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience in outside sales. College Degree Preferred.
The candidate should have direct sales responsibility, not a support function. They are responsible for the account and are the first point of contact for the end user and distributor customers.

1st year compensation falls within the range of $100K-110K(base and incentive). We offer excellent benefits, strong 401K plan and a phenomenal car allowance program!
