Bindery Coordinator

Assist the Bindery Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing the Bindery operations (adhesive binding, saddle stitching, drilling, and other ancillary bindery operations.) Coordinate the daily workload & labor planning for the Binding & Post-Bind areas Interact daily with Scheduling, Customer Service, Logistics, and Post Bind operations to facilitate the efficient and timely performance of the Bindery operation. 

 

 

· Must have good administrative and organizational skills.

· Strong communication & problem solving skills.

· Skilled using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)  

· Must be a team player and possess the ability to lead and direct others. 

· Excellent attendance and punctuality a pre-requisite. 

· Ability to work overtime as needed.
