Plastic Blow Molding Operator (PMT I)

 

Liquid Container L.P. (www.liquidcontainer.com) a national blow molding manufacturer has an immediate opportunity for a Process Molding Technician in the West Chicago, IL facility.

 

The Process Molding Technician has the overall responsibility of operating the plastic blow molding machines to maximize efficiency and ensure high quality containers.  The essential duties of this position include; participating in job safety training and follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, operate plastic blow molding machines, process production equipment in stretch blow molding, assist in performing mold changes, and perform required quality checks on containers for deviation in weight, wall distribution and any other non-conformances with an ability to correct and adjust the process as needed. 

 

Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a machine operation role, detail oriented and self-motivated individual.
