Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible and accountable for all aspects of day-to-day branch operations, including future growth and ideas for growth for the branch..

Some of the other responsibilities include: Train, develop, motivate, and monitor internal staff to ensure QPS customer service standards and overall policies are met. Manage the recruitment and selection of candidates for our client companies. Communicate with Sales and Area/Regional Manager regarding sales leads, problems or issues. Assist the Area/Regional Manager with overseeing branch operations. Assist in maintaining branch goals of billed hours, number on assignment and profitability.



Requirements
In order to be successful in this position, the following is required:

Previous management experience. Ability to speak and communicate fluently in Spanish. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Four-year degree is strongly preferred. General understanding of computers and Microsoft Windows programs. Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.

Temperament:
Ability to adapt quickly in various situations. Posses professional mannerisms; remain in control at all times, especially under pressure. Ability to promote teamwork and lead by example. Have a high level of enthusiasm and sense of urgency. Have a high level of integrity and commitment. Posses self-motivation and self-direction.

Other Attributes:
Driving on behalf of QPS will be necessary. Reliable transportation is needed along with a valid driver's license.
