Job Description Summary

 

Responsible for the effective training, direction and supervision of inside sales activities.  Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by corporate office.  Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees.  Reviews production cost and product quality, and modifies production to maintain and enhance profitable operation of branch.  Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets.  Makes sales calls on customers to develop rapport.  Directs preparation of accounting records.  Recommends budgets to management. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has supervisory responsibilities. 

 

Qualifications

Experience in Oil & Gas or Fastener Industry is a plus.

Highly Skilled at employee development and training.

Excellent Management skills with focus on Employee development and training.

 

Computer Skills  

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software.
