Business Analyst-Supply Chain

This individual will provide detailed Oracle Application knowledge and support the IT activities for Oracle Manufacturing including Supply Chain, Transportation and Manhattan Warehouse Management.  The individual will be involved with rolling out Manhattan transportation and warehouse management systems, Oracle Manufacturing applications, and enhanced functionality to Donaldson Operations. The candidate must be able to integrate new processes and technology to meet business needs.  This person will become an expert with detailed knowledge of the Oracle Applications and associated systems and will need to understand emerging trends and how such trends benefit the business.  Must be self-directed with the ability to work well within team environment.  Experience with Oracle 11i and WM systems is required.  Education:  Bachelors Degree in Business or IT Experience:  Two to five years of system or business experience in logistics and transportation analysis. Knowledge of domestic and international transportation requirements. WMS (Manhattan preferable) and Oracle Application skills with experience in an IT organization as a Business Analyst or applicable experience working within the business with WM or Oracle Systems.
