BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Eastern U.S.

The Matthews Marking Division is currently seeking an experienced business development manager for its Holjeron operation, which creates and manufactures parts that control the operation of  conveyors and other automation equipment.  The candidate will be responsible for eastern U.S. market expansion of Holjeron controls and motorized rollers, including sales channel development .  Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time and have a valid driver’s license.

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area

· Five to seven years sales and marketing experience, which should include industrial automation and control  (materials handling experience a plus)

· Ability to effectively translate customer applications in to opportunities

· Excellent management and organizational skills

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will encompass: 

· Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities

· Sales channel development

· Field support for major OEM customers

· Internal interfacing to assure fulfillment of customer requirements
