Position: Business Manager Latin America Sales

 

ECRM, a leading manufacturer of digital imaging systems for the printing and publishing industries is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to manage a network of independent Graphic Arts Dealers throughout the Latin America Region.

 

ECRM is looking for a channel management professional with a proven track record for exceeding sales targets and managing a dealer network to obtain company revenue and expense targets. The ideal candidate will have a network of contacts within the electronic pre-press industry in the LA region including dealers, consumable manufacturers, end users and competitors . The idea candidate must possess a complete understanding of electronic pre-press market place and a solid understanding of the commercial print and publishing market segments. It is a requirement that the candidate be able to present and position products to dealers and end users. The ability to sell at all levels will be a key to success. The successful candidate will be able to bring together their industry knowledge and contacts to drive the sales of computer to plate imagers and workflow software products through the network of dealers.

 

The job requires that the candidate manage dealer relations at all levels including recommendation and selection of dealer partners, training and education of dealer personnel, co-ordination of technical support requirements and on-going assessment of dealer performance.

 

Experience:

Minimum of ten years in a senior sales and/or national account management position in the electronic prepress/Graphic Arts industry. Minimum of five years line management experience managing a sales team preferred.

 

Language:

Must be fully fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish. Fluency in Portuguese would be an asset.

 

Education:

Four year college degree

 

Location:

The preferred location for this position is based in the Miami, Florida area; for the right candidate other locations will be considered. The position requires easy access to a major airport and extensive travel within the Latin America Region as dictated by the business.
