UEC Electronics, LLC is a comprehensive electronic product development, software & hardware engineering and electronics assembly provider.  We offer a full range of electronic design, prototyping, assembly, and integration services for a diverse group of clients and industries.  We specialize in electronic controls and displays, automatic test systems, custom cable assemblies, and a variety of electro-mechanical devices.  UEC currently supports several industries including:  military, automotive, medical, marine, industrial, and commercial. 

UEC is currently seeking an experienced Buyer to assist with purchasing, negotiating materials, equipment and supplies. This person will also evaluate supplier quotes and services, as well as ensure compliance with the internal control process. This employee will do a variety of tasks under general supervision; to include (but not limited to): cycle count, process rejected materials, assist with kitting, shipping, and receiving.

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant previous experience as a buyer in a manufacturing and/or environment and should have the ability to operate a forklift (or the ability to learn), lift 35+ lbs. Candidates must be able to multi-task, be proficient with Microsoft Office & other general computer skills, and be able to work on a team and/or independently.
