CAD/CAM Technician

 

This candidate will review all supplied drawings, data and procurement specs to create a basic manufacturing outline and method for manufacturing product.  He or she will design basic tools to aid in manufacturing the product. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form and to closely follow instructions.

 

The candidate must be proficient in the use of CAD/CAM software. They must have a thorough understanding of basic dimensioning and tolerancing and grasp the fundamental principles of designing for manufacturability.  The ability to use basic measuring tools and to do hands on work is also required.
