CMS Maintenance Administrative Assistant
POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Administration AssistantFLSA STATUS: Non-ExemptREPORTS TO: Tool Room and Maintenance Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Perform routine administration functions for the Tool Room and Maintenance department, which includes but not limited to MRO procurement and P-card reconciliation, CMMS administration including all functional modules, metric updates, time and attendance and Maintenance/Tool Room Administration procedure updates. FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Essential Functions1. Manage by ordering, tracking and reconciling MRO procurement, including but not limited to Purchase orders, and P-card procurement.2. CMMS administration of all modules which includes but not limited to, work order, inventory control, preventive maintenance and asset management 3. Administration of Time and Attendance, which includes but not limited to updating new employees, shift changes data entry, daily updates, and error corrections.4. Update metric on a subscribe frequency, and insure proper format and data storage. 5. Adhere to all Company policies, safeguard the company's interests and act in an ethical and legal manner as well as report all violations of Company policies and procedures to appropriate management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, grasp with hands, feel, kneel and sit. 2. The employee must exert up to 5 pounds of force occasionally and/or a light amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Rarely, the individual is required to exert a heavy amount of force, up to and over 40 pounds, to lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects.3. Specific vision abilities required by this job include concentrated attention and close vision, far vision, and the ability to bring object into sharp focus. Working Conditions: Working conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job. 1. Inside working conditions.2. Required to use hearing and eye protection3. Exposure to noise sufficient enough to cause worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level.4. Physical conditions include proximity to moving mechanical parts and vibration.5. Subject to atmospheric conditions such as fumes and dust but not to the extent of being disagreeable.6. Subject to oils and other cutting fluids, but not to the point of being disagreeable. POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education: College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred. Experience: · Minimum one years experience with a demonstrated track record of achievement and progression in positions of increasing responsibility. · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. · Knowledge of CMMS preferred.· Excellent oral and written communication skills.· Proficient in managing multiple tasks.
