CNC Machine Programmer

Anholt Technologies, a leader in the design, development and manufacture of advanced composite products for patient positioning in medical imaging has an immediate opening for a CNC Programmer.  Anholt provides imaging products to OEM customers.  Our sister company, Q-Fix, (www.q-fix.com) provides Radiation Therapy products to cancer treatment centers around the world.

 



 

Our successful Programmer will review a blueprint, and can create a program from that blueprint. They envision and develop a detailed manufacturing process, identify and select the tooling necessary for the job. Once selected, they install the tooling to the machine, run the program, and produce the first part. Parts are 1st article inspected back to the print, and the Tech then ensures that the manufacturing process can be replicated for the customer order.   Once ready for replication, the Tech trains our Machinists to run the order. The Tech carefully and meticulously documents all the processes and procedures used in the setup of the job. Then the Tech is on to the next assignment and embraces that challenge.
