CNC Maintenance Technician

straumann, a global leader in the growing field of implant dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled CNC maintenance technician to support our growing production team in Andover MA.

 

Responsible for performing highly diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC production equipment to support the achievement of the business goals. 

 

§Establish and perform a preventive maintenance program for CNC production equipment that is in compliance with our quality system.

§Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of CNC production equipment.  Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

§Maintain spare part inventories to ensure high service level

§Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed

§Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed

 

Experience Minimum 10 years Maintenance experience in a CNC production environmentBasic knowledge of ISO/GMP regulations and work environment or other regulated industryMachining experience a plus

High level mechanical aptitudeElectrical skills including wiring, motors, and electronicHydraulic and pneumatic systems installation and troubleshooting skillsComputer and microprocessor experience, PLC and ladder logic a plusAbility to troubleshoot complex systems and machineryOrganizational skills sufficient for OSHA and quality systems compliance
