Schooling and some on the job experience preffered.Job Title: CNC MillingShift: 1st  3rdPay: $8/hrPrimary Duties: This machine shop in Racine is seeking a CNC Milling operator to produce quality parts for agricultural, automotive, and related industries. The company prides itself on a tough quality control program, along with the use of the latest technology. Their employees are highly dedicated and well trained and the company produces the very best precision-turned, jig-bored products in the world. This position is responsible for the operation of Milling in the production of these parts. Materials are aluminum and steel, primarily shorter, high precision runs. Company holds very high tolerances on fairly complicated parts. Customers include Catepillar and Case.Minimum Experience/Requirements: Must have proven experience in operation of Turning Centers in a precision machining environment. Company will consider lesser experience and train for the right attitude. Schooling alone typically is not sufficient.Experience with Specific Equipment/Machinery: MazakTesting Requirements: Our Math Test will be reviewed, company interview will test knowledge, company requires pre-employment drug screen, WI CCAP check (no related felonies in past 7 years), and completion of basic safety orientation.Personality Requirements: Racine based company seeking a candidate for this Temp to Hire position. Hourly rate of $8 per hour based on experience. Background check required. Candidate must sign off on customer’s Safety and Drug policies. Strict adherence to OSHA safety requirements.
