CNC Set Up Programmer Skills Required: CNC Set Up Programmer, Tornos Deco CNC, Swiss CNC Job Description: CNC Set Up ProgrammerLocation: Somerset, NJSalary Range: $60,000 - $110,000We have an outstanding opening for an EXPERIENCED CNC PROGRAMMER / SET UP TECHNICIAN to work with a leading screw machining manufacturer! We are seeking a full time CNC Programmer / Setup Technician who will have the abilities to program, setup, and operate CNC machinery and perform machine maintenance. As our CNC programmer / Setup Technician you will analyze processes in an effort to implement improvements in a structured manner. What we need: * Previous experience working on Tornos Deco, Citizen, Star, Miyano or Tsugami machines *experienced CNC Programmer / Setup Technician with Set Up and programming experience. *someone with full knowledge of machining applications, tooling criteria and process documentation *you must read, understand and interpret engineering drawings *experience in monitoring, identifying and communicating any quality or production problems to management *experienced troubleshooter who can prevent, identify and solve problems in process and machines. *someone who can create and/or modify CNC programs. *experienced set up tech who will set up machines and / or operate equipment. *you will develop training checklists to be used during the training of operators and train during the ramp up stage of a new process Why work for us?
