CRM System Administrator

Principal Role: Perform administrative duties within IT department with the primary focus being the RightNow CRM system. Role provides support for account and profile management, report creation / generation / maintenance using the RightNow Analytics Console, creation / maintenance of views within all RightNow CRM consoles, and training of associates on system functionality.

 

Essential Duties:

·  Creation of accounts for new users

·  Resetting passwords for existing users

·  Creation of custom reports using the RightNow Analytics Console

·  Updating existing reports, maintenance of reporting schedules within the Analytics console

·  Setup of CTI / Chat / Other systems for new and existing users

·  Maintenance of product lists, registration data, and dealer location information.

·  Perform general administrative duties within the RightNow CRM System



Preferred Qualifications:

Education & Training: Knowledge of SQL query structure, theory, and design.Knowledge of SQL database structure, theory, and design.General computer usage / knowledge of the Windows XP platformBasic Microsoft Excel knowledge 2 year degree from an accredited institution

 Business experience: None required

 

The following are preferred but not required

§ Experience/Exposure to RightNow CRM system

§ HTML/DHTML/JavaScript

§ Experience/Exposure to  PHP

 

 Other:

o Self driven, requiring little supervision.

o Strong organizational and communication skills.
