CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - Japanese proficiency

SANYO Energy (USA) Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of rechargeable batteries, has an immediate opening for a Customer Accounts Coordinator with Japanese proficiency for our Frisco, Texas headquarters.

 RESPONSIBILITIES include:

 Order fulfillment and processing of strategic accounts. Manage all activities to accept, process, deliver, and bill customer orders including communication with warehouse and Japanese factory.  Interact with all company departments (credit, warehouse, planning, production, QA/QC, engineering, etc.) Coordinate customer activities from origin to completion. Communicate account status to the appropriate managers or Company staff. Interact with Purchasing, Planning and Production Provide shipping documents or any shipping information (tracking no., P.O.D.’s, etc.) requested by customer. Work closely with Traffic/Logistics if necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS:Oral and written Japanese proficiency requiredTwo year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be team oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Analytical skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to handle high level of data entry.
