JOB DESCRIPTION:  This Customer Service Dispatcher will learn the business from the "ground up" in a team environment dispatching service calls on a nationwide basis for various trades.  Activities include dispatching service requests, communicating with stores & vendors, prioritizing, organizing and possessing the attitude & mentality to get the job done.  You will be multi-tasking between phone calls, emails, faxes, negotiating, problem solving and team updates.

The right candidate for this position should have a background in a similar type role or exposure in a high call volume environment.  He/she will also possess high energy levels and have a "can do" approach, strong customer service skill sets and truly enjoy dealing with people/vendors.  This person will also enjoy working in a team environment, be target and goal driven, have an inquisitive nature and be willing and able to learn a wide variety of skills and products.

Metro Door, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits program which includes:  Medical, Dental, Life Insurance 401K with Employer contribution, Vacation and Sick Pay.  The starting salary range for this position is $28,000 - $30,000 based on previous experience.
