CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES

Openings in Durham, Middletown and Wallingford.

$13-$17/hour, doe!

We are looking for STRONG Customer Service experience, preferably within a call center environment, supported by excellent work references.

Order entry, problem resolution, upselling products, researching product info., data entry, expediting orders, etc....

Prefer Manufacturing or Technical background.

Must have MS Word and Excel skills.

Accurate Data entry skills required.

Inside Sales experience is a plus, as some of the positions are a combination of Customer Service and Inside Sales.

Must have the ability to multi-task.

Minimum of 3 years experience is required.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
