CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Hausmann Industries is a leading manufacturer of Medical and Rehabilitation Equipment and Institutional Cabinetry - see www.hausmann.com.  We are a family owned business located in Northvale NJ (northeast Bergen County near the NY state border).

 

We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Customer Service Department.  The position is responsible for directing the daily activities of 4 Customer Service representatives who are charged with processing customer orders, solving customer problems and exceeding customer expectations.  Preferred candidates will possess excellent leadership, training and communication skills, problem solving abilities, and have previous successful experience as a Customer Service Manager.  Other important prerequisites are solid computer knowledge, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a sense of urgency and a commitment to achieving deadlines.  Position deals directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Product Management, the CEO and CFO.  College courses or an advanced degree are a plus.
