CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - MANUFACTURING

Master Halco offers its customers the highest standard of service and support in the industry with a nationwide network of more than 200 field sales staff and customer service representatives.

The Retail Service Representative:   -  Performs telephone customer service and sales functions by answering inbound calls and taking incoming orders, coordinating availability/delivery, and trouble shooting customer concerns. -  Places outbound calls, as needed, to follow up on orders or customer concerns with the customer or Master Halco branch, and to solicit new business. -  May handle large sales volume accounts and prepare job bid quotations on large or complicated jobs with review by the National Account Manager. -  Reports to the  Sales Branch Manager with a dotted line to the Manager of the Virtual Customer Service Center.



-High school graduate or equivalent. -Able to read/write/speak English. -Experience in a sales or contact center environment. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs. -Must demonstrate a positive, customer-first attitude at all times. -Must be able to work with a minimal amount of supervision. -JDE Experience a plus.
