Call Center Manager

CALL CENTER MANAGER

Responsibilities include working within the sales and support departments and managing day to day scheduling and operations.

Qualified Candidates will have:

* 5 years' experience managing a high volume call center
* Excellent leadership skills including team building and problem solving
* Ability to implement and manage organizational change
* Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
