Cash Management Representative

A Manufacturing Company located in Middlesex County, New Jersey has an opportunity for a Cash Management Representative who will handle the following responsibilities:

 

-  Support team with cash management administration of signature forms, investigations with banks and provide customer service for banking issues related to various payment types

- Maintain signature books and contact lists (signature forms and registration forms) registration forms - activate users and file in signature books

- Investigate external payments (payment research/ recalls)

- Monitor EFT forms and report if converting checks to EFT payment

- Stop/void/pull checks

- Provide check images

- Answer cash management hotline

- Report bank account statements

- Report quarterly bank account confirmations

- Monitor the mailbox on a daily basis

- Approve payments/ payment files

- Monthly report

- Monthly charge outs for payment services

- Inform of returns and notice of changes

- Provide training to interns

 

We are searching for candidates that meet the following requirements:

 

- A Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA a plus

- 5+ years experience

- Proficient Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
