Position Summary:
For their assigned categories, the Category Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) has responsibility for the customer facing supply chain - from the Clorox shipping dock to the store shelf. They will utilize support from other Clorox functions, along with analytics, to improve supply chain efficiencies for both Clorox and the Customer. The primary responsibilities for this position include meeting/exceeding Customer and Clorox Supply Chain Scorecard Metrics and developing/influencing Clorox process improvement. The Customer's Business Analysts/ Replenishment Managers will be the primary customer relationship responsibility for this position.
Responsible for being the "Single Point of Contact" for the Customer regarding any Supply Chain/operational-related needs; Responsible for developing and fostering the business relationship with the Customer Business Analysts / Replenishment Managers
Provides supply chain leadership and support as a member of the multi-functional business team and the integrated Business Planning process; Identify and influence Clorox Customer Business Team process improvements.
Partners with Customer Support, Demand Planning, Operations Planning, EDI, Corporate Quality and Transportation to improve operational efficiencies for both Clorox and the Customer; responsible for Clorox and Customer Cost Savings initiatives
Responsible for the Customer’s Supply Chain scorecard results for assigned categories (In-Stocks, Case Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery Compliance, Inventory, POS Forecast Accuracy, etc.)
Provides supply chain, replenishment, logistics, and product supply expertise for assigned categories - for both Clorox and the Customer. Responsible for Cost-To-Serve, Perfect Order, and Event Planning Metrics.
Identifies and helps drive projects that support or lead to profitable incremental Sales volume and profitability; Provide input/insights into volume planning process and lead execution of incremental volume opportunities.

Other Scope Factors:
Responsible for developing and fostering the business relationship with the Customer Business Analysts/Replenishment Managers; Works to influence the Customer's perception of Clorox's capabilities through routine interaction with Customer operational teams
Identifies and help leads cost saving and process improvement projects
Identify and influence Clorox Customer Business Team process improvements.


Required Qualifications:
Minimum of an undergraduate degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience within Product Supply, Supply Chain (either/or transportation, DC operations, OTC or operational planning) or Customer Management
