Chief Estimator

Company is seeking to hire a Chief Estimator for our Western Region.

The ideal candidate would have strong analytical/technical skills (with a solid litho background), Consistently interact with Operations, Sales and Clients. 

1) Realign/redefine pricing strategy for the Western Region;

2) Lead/manage large & complex RFQ with Operations & Sales teams;

3) Motivate estimating team to go the extra mile (ex: look at different ways to produce/quote);

4) Discuss current pricing levels & give recommendations to management about opportunities;

5) Develop pricing tactics/incentives to accommodate punctual shortfall in production.
