ACCO Brands Corporation, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate 2.  This position is responsible for processing various type of accounts payable transactions including critical vendor invoices. Responsible for reviewing exception reports, and documenting invoice holds. Responsible to work with Purchasing in resolving invoice issues.

 

 

Responsibilities include: Responsible for entering timely and accurately invoices into the Accounts Payable systems. Ability to prioritize and organize invoices so they are entered into system timely and accurately. Review daily AP batches for invoices that have been placed on hold and release holds that are placed on invoices that have been resolved. For invoices needing assistance from Buyers they must work in a timely manner to resolve the issues and release hold on invoices. Requires the ability to deal effectively with tight timelines. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Responsible for responding to vendor inquires and internal customer requests. Bachelors Degree preferred 5 + years experience in an electronic accounts payable processing environment. Knowledge of Accounts Payable processing and workflow.
