Client Services Manager

As a leading supplier to the retail industry, RT Sourcing is searching for Client Service Managers to work in multiple locations. 

 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

· Possess a minimum of 5 years of purchasing or buying experience with retail or brand manufacturers of hard lines.

· Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in product development with a proven track record of successful product launches. 

· Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role.

· Experience is product sourcing from Asia is required.

· Possess very strong project management skills and have the ability to interpret client needs and then communicate this effectively to our Asian-based teams.

· Possess strong presentation skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills and knowledge of MS/Office Suite required.

· Must be organized, detail oriented and well prepared for customer meetings with clear objectives that are commercially focused.

· Must be a clear and detailed communicator with both customers and colleagues.

· Must be able to effectively work between our customers, our designers and merchandisers to provide creative and imaginative solutions for our customers.

· Be able to efficiently move from concepts to concrete expression of ideas and then translate this into actual business.  Also be able to handle multiple priorities in an intensive, demanding and highly creative environment.



Additionally:  The ideal candidate will have worked directly in a retail environment in product development selling to buyers or sourcing departments.  This role will lead the development of product from concept to complete programs for a broad section of categories.  Similar roles to this position would include Sourcing Managers, Senior Buyers, Sales Engineers, etc.

 

Other:All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.Must have a valid driver’s license and travel passport with no international or domestic travel restrictions and be willing to travel to Asia twice annually.
