DescriptionSummary: The Client Services Manager will be responsible for all activities related to a customer order from inception to completion to ensure accurate tracking and effective monitoring of customer projects and the highest level of service is provided to the customer. The primary areas of responsibility will include: order management and customer support. Obtain necessary information related to pricing and job specifications in order to enable the CA Team to create accurate and complete sales contract quotes and RFPs, and for the Estimating / the Client Services Support teams to create accurate and complete proposal letters and confirmation letters for customers. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns throughout the order process in a timely, and accurate manner, using independent judgment to resolve customer issues. Manage the production process through the entry of order information, documenting job changes in VMAC, scheduling coordination, re-pricing coordination, and coordinate resolution of production issues reported by operations, sales, and client. Interact with the client throughout process via phone, meetings and attending press checks as required. Review and approve change orders prior to submitting these to sales as needed. * Review and approve invoices prior to submitting these to sales as needed.Required SkillsRequirements: Customer service orientation - Puts the needs and interests of both internal and external clients first. Possess a Bachelors Degree or high school diploma or equivalent with at least three years relevant experience. Possess demonstrated English writing skills including being proficient in writing emails, letters, reports and presenting thoughts in an organized, clear and professional manner. Possess demonstrated English verbal skills including being proficient in presenting thoughts to another individual and to group settings. Possess understanding of print production process including a working knowledge of workflows, vocabulary and process components. VMAC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
