Commercial Administrator

The successful candidate will, under limited supervision and own initiative, be able to perform standard and advanced administrative and clerical duties such as typing, filing, working with PC programs, scheduling and other office administrative duties. Strong to exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills are required. Incumbent (`9s responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:
(a2 Electronic document typing and data entry
(a2 Hard copy file maintenance and processing
(a2 Recording and reproduction of drawings
(a2 Parts and purchase order process support


High school diploma or equivalent required; some technical/trades training helpful.


Familiarity with PC programs such as WORD, ACCESS, EXCEL, strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Job Tracking Systems helpful.
