You can learn more about INVISTA by visiting www.INVISTACareers.com JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Assume responsibility for 100% compliance with the laws, regulations and industry standards applicable to this role - Drive management philosophy implementation (MBM) Lead & support development of CD team - Lead Industry and markets POV(point of view) development, Acquisition transaction identification and framing and Market Analysis for Specialty Intermediates. - Provide decision making financial and industry analysis on potential business transactions and projects- Financial analysis and modeling - Identify synergies, utilize valuation techniques, analyze risks, evaluate business strategies, industry research and analysis - Build and utilize cash flow valuation models to assist in the evaluation of commercial contracts, capital projects and potential acquisition opportunities - Develop knowledge of Intermediates markets, assets, businesses, R&D initiatives and competitive influences - Commercial contract structuring, transactional contract structuring and negotiations preparation- M&A specific knowledge in valuation techniques, competitive and point of view analysis - Ensure that all work and analysis is performed with a high level of quality, thoroughness and accuracy - Demonstrate strategic and economic thinking in identifying new growth opportunities EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED - Five + years experience with at least one of the following areas: -Business analysis - Financial modeling - Due diligence - M&A - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members, businesses and financial institutions - High integrity and ethics - Collaborative problem solving - Creative and strong economic thinking - Motivated, demonstrates sense of urgency - Mastery of key software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Written and oral communication - Bachelors Degree required EXPERIENCE & SKILLS PREFERRED - Petrochemical (specialty chemicals) and fibers industry knowledge - Trading and/or negotiation - Statistical analysis - MBA preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
