We currently have an opportunity for a results-oriented Sales Support Coordinator in our North America Commercial Direct Sales organization. The position will be located in our Middletown, CT sales office.
Job responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
*engaging in order project management for Commercial Sales office
*providing post sales coordination support to Sales Engineers and Inside Sales Engineers
*providing superior customer service to our customers
*entering customer orders
*tracking shipments
*interfacing with other internal departments


*AA/AS degree,Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma,or other post high school training (minimum 2 year duration)
*BA degree preferred


*2-5 years Sales or Customer Service experience-HVAC preferred
*Exceptional communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft applications
*Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
*Must possess the ability to problem solve
*Previous experience in a Sales environment preferred
