COMPENSATION/HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST


FOAMEX INTERNATIONAL INC., the leading manufacturer of flexible polyurethane and advanced polymer foam products has an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resources Analyst to join its Corporate Human Resources department. We will be relocating our Corporate office to Media, Pa. in August 2008.

The responsibilities will involve all areas of HR, with an emphasis on compensation. You will participate in job analysis and compensation studies, monitor merit increase and performance management programs, administer tuition assistance programs, and provide support to other HR Directors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years related experience, and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. Strong analytical, communications and report writing skills are required along with a proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
