Consumer Programs Representative
Libertyville, IL We are seeking a dynamic individual to respond to inbound calls from Consumers and Healthcare Professionals by providing product information, promoting Hollister products, and processing sample orders as requested. Influence purchasing decisions of end-users by collaborating with the DTC Alliance partners to grow sales of the United States Hollister OWC products.

Major Responsibilities (80%): Provide product information to End Users and Healthcare Professionals in response to inbound telephone inquiries. Upsell and encourage competitive end-users to convert to Hollister products. Create Warm Transfer opportunities in support of our Direct-to-Consumer initiatives. Implement marketing programs and directives to inbound callers. Process sample orders through CRM. Create Sample follow-up activities in CRM.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
End-User Support Initiatives (10%)Attend and support local United Ostomy Association chapter meetings. Attend corporately sponsored consumer events. Participate in DTC meetings and training programs.

Other Responsibilties (10%):Process product usage and sample requests received from Hollister websites. Webmail management from Hollister Websites. Achieve assigned performance goals. Maintain up to date OWC product knowledge including features and benefits as well as knowledge of focus products and product line. Field Travel.

Qualifications: 3 years of Customer Service, telesales or related field experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be a motivated and goal oriented individual. Possess the ability to work under pressure and exhibit multi-tasking capabilities.

Desired qualifications, but not required:Bachelors degree. Work related experience in an end-user market preferably healthcare. Sales training. SAP and/or CRM experience.
