Location:      Marketing Dept., Corporate Office – Seattle
Reports To:    Vice President Owned Brands


Description of Position / Duties:
•    Educates new and existing consumers about PCF products.
•    Takes web orders for consumers.
•    Uses computer printouts, databases, related documents and correspondence to determine resolution to consumer questions and concerns.
•    Notifies consumer and designated personnel of findings, adjustments, and recommendations relating to correct product selection, correct exchange of merchandise.
•    Follows up on recommended adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Resolves and processes warranty issues.
•    Maintains call and correspondence logs.
•    Fulfills consumer request for PCF marketing material


Minimum Requirements:    
•    Great attitude.
•    Strong problem solving skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Computer Proficiency (Excel Spreadsheets, Word, Email, Internet)
•    2 years of College Education
•    Ability to clearly understand and read electronic (email) communication, as well as verbal and personal correspondence
•    Ability to work early shifts 6a – 2:30p shift  Mon-Fri
•    Data entry accuracy.

•    Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
•    Strong communication skills
