Contract Compliance Administrator

Leading manufacturer of computer ergonomic products, is seeking a Contract Compliance Administrator for our Piscataway, NJ facility. You will manage contract administration and compliance for all sales agreements: both government and public sector, and will be responsible for ensuring implementation and timely execution of all government contracts. Must be self-directed and ensure company wide compliance with GSA Schedules, State and Commercial Contracts.

 NECESSARY FUNCTIONS: Review and approve all bids and proposals for compliance and administration elements, both government and public sector.
Develop and implement company wide compliance with GSA Schedules, and support public sector contracts.
Functions include day-to-day compliance, process improvement, policy development and training development for management with all employees involved.
Ensure all compliance related functions, duties and responsibilities within Humanscale are clearly identified, known and assigned by relevant personnel.
Ensure GSA and procurement control documents are maintained in an accurate and consistent manner and are available for inspection as required by Inspector General's Office, and retained for required retention periods.
Provide support for development and continued improvement of Humanscale Government Compliance/Procurement System.
Coordinate all pricing changes and price reductions, coordinate compliance training and audits.

RELATIONSHIPS: Internal Customer- Ability to participate as member of a cross-functional team in execution of complex contract development and management. Ability to plan, schedule, organize, and execute program activities for GSA, State, Commercial and Global accounts. Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with individuals in a variety of internal business units who reports through different channels to different managers.
External Customer- Ability to interface with all Government Contacts and Contracting Officers of major Corporations. Also will need to interface with International Agencies, Sales and Marketing Partners.

REQUIRMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in technical or business related field preferred. Minimum five years experience. Needs experience in preparing government contracts and proposals. Significant government contracts administration experience in the private sector preferably combined with public sector experience. Familiarity with the intellectual property, patent and technical data requirements of government contracts. Familiarity with standard socio-economic provisions of government contracts, including the Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Subcontracting provisions. Familiarity with GSA schedule compliance requirements, including required disclosures for modifications, renewal, and new proposals, as well as the Price Reductions clause.
