We seek an accounting professional with a track record of accomplishment that is not afraid to be hands on.  This opportunity will oversee accounting operations and more importantly be charged with providing insightful financial analysis that will allow the company to continue on its growth path.  The successful candidate will be and integral part of the executive management team and interact heavily with sales and operations.  This will be a key role that will make a significant impact on this industry leader. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:Perform month end close. Monthly financial statement preparation. Manage budget and forecasting functions. Provide strategic planning that will guide the executive team in decision making. Analyze and implement process improvements.  Direct ongoing efforts to adopt best practices. Special projects.



Requirements: 


The successful candidate will have the following:
Proven track record in manufacturing. Strong general accounting skills.   Ability to provide meaningful financial planning and analysis.  Demonstrated track record in process improvement. Strong communication skills. Ability to work well with team and internal contacts.
