Controller - Global Unistrut

Company: Tyco Electricial and Metal Products Location: Itasca, IL 60143 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance       Job Description   Job Description: Unistrut, a Tyco International Company and leader in metal framing manufacturing is looking for a Controller; this position will be located in Itasca, IL.  If you want to be part of an organization where growth of people is integral to the growth of the business, we have an exciting opportunity for you.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Partner with V.P. & GM on strategic plan development and execution.  Principal financial/analytical resource to the V.P. & GM of Global-Unistrut. Manage & coordinate consolidation of monthly financial results for the Global Unistrut business(Annual sales $200 million). Preparation and analysis of annual budget and monthly forecast.  Continually drive efficiencies striving for best practices in reporting, planning and forecast processes. Direct Global Unistrut compliance/Sox efforts ensuring internal control effectiveness and continually striving to enhance the overall control environment.  Provide ongoing monitoring and assure adherence to Tyco & TEMP Policies. Work with internal and external auditors as necessary. Management and direction of the Global Unistrut finance team (including 4 direct reports)The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.  MBA preferred, CPA highly desired.
