Job DescriptionThis Northern Chicago Illinois based OEM equipment manufacturer seeks an Electrical/ Controls Engineering Manager with experience and responsibility for managing, developing and directing a team of controls engineers and support personnel.  The position oversees the design, development and technical documentation of control systems and electrical aspects of the client company’s equipments and systems. The company is a world leader in design and manufacturing of heavy duty specialized process and material handling machinery.  Many units are custom engineered providing unique solutions specifically for the application at hand Job RequirementsThe successful applicant should have: A BSEE, BSEET or related degree, or equivalent experience Ten (10) years minimum of work related experience Knowledge of AutoCAD in electrical applications Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC programming languages, Siemens PLC language a plus Proven management skills Strong and effective communications skills Ability to organize and prioritize workload Team player Interested candidates should submit a resume (in Word format) to steve.hart@hartandhartinc.com .   MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
