The Controls Manager is responsible for:
- Enforcing UTC/Carrier policies and procedures.
- Implementation of process/procedures/controls within the region.
- Coordinate and perform Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and oversight.
- Coordinate and perform branch audits.
- Oversight of annual physical inventory observation and analysis requirements;
- Interaction with the CSD Controller on special projects;
- Performance of investigative work with the Corporate Security organization as required;
- Participate in the monthly closing process.



BA/BS required. CPA preferred.


- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience with Bachelors Degree in related field. Experience/Qualifications - Ability to develop and lead a team.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to travel more than 30% of the time.
- Previous Distribution experience preferred.
