Conversation Manager

Ensure products meet customer specified/approved requirements.Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of performance of each production department, including reliability, quality, and scrap.Effectively collaborate with cross-functional areas to achieve business targets.Ensure Safety, GMP and BOS are maintained at all times. Ensures supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.Member of Site Steering Team, including responsibilities for management of Conversion's labor and operating expenses. Manage 6+ subordinate supervisors who supervise 300+ associates in HDPE processing.
