Corporate Accounting Manager - Compensation & Benefits

The Corporate Accounting Manager - Compensation and Benefits provides accounting expertise and services for Dean Benefit plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts for share-based compensation, equity, and other compensation Provides for the accurate and compliant accounting of benefit and perquisite plans within Dean Foods. Partners with Human Resources to ensure data integrity. Education – required to possess an undergraduate degree (B.S or equivalent) in Accounting or an undergraduate degree in business, or related field, with a minimum of 30 semester hours of accounting credit. Experience – minimum of 5+ years related experience. It is preferred that this experience have come from work assignments in Audit (either internal or external) or General Accounting. CPA designation a minimum requirement Masters in a business discipline considered a plus but not required Public accounting experience considered a plus but not required.
