In this position, you will: Be responsible for arranging, describing and cataloging archival collections including documents, photographs, films and artifacts. Conduct research that answers the needs of the enterprise, prepare finding aids, create documents of historical importance and current business relevancy to support enterprise business initiatives. Create and/or collaborate on documents or exhibits of significance to the enterprise. Develop and manage the Archives computer database systems and vendor relations. Supervise Archives support staff including coaching, performance, and associated administrative duties. Education Candidate must possess a Master of Archival Administration; or Master of Arts, History or Library Science with a concentration in archival administration or equivalent experience. Required Skills and Experience Three years of Business Archives experience. Experience processing archival materials and records. Basic computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft applications, PhotoShop, scanning software and hardware, as well as knowledge of and experience with information retrieval technologies, database management and authority controls. Desired Skills and Experience Prefer knowledge of emerging trends in archival processing and access with an emphasis on issues related to the management and preservation of electronic records. Prefer Certified Archivist. Prefer someone familiar with Cuadra STAR software. Team Lead or Supervisory experience. Join a company that keeps you growing.
