Corporate Attorney - Compliance

This position reports to the Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel who is the Ethics Officer of the Company.   Primary responsibilities include continuously improving the structure of Company’s global ethics and compliance program, training and education on a variety of compliance topics, monitoring and auditing the effectiveness of the program, development and review of policies and procedures, oversight of reporting and investigations of complaints, and providing advice on enforcement and discipline for infractions of the Company’s Code of Conduct.  This position will have significant visibility to the Senior Management of the Company and will work closely with the Company’s internal auditors and Human Resource Management.  Requirements: J.D. and at least 5 years of General Legal experience in either a corporate setting or a law firm. At least 2 years working in the Ethics and Compliance specialty.Preferred: International compliance experience for a large, global manufacturer is preferred.    Watch our video to  learn more about us. www.timken.com
