Corporate Benefits Analyst

Position Description:

Assists with administration of health & welfare, 401(k), pension, and other benefit plans, corporate wellness program and ADP Payroll/HRIS system; assists in development of corporate benefits strategy and program implementation/evaluation; interacts with vendors in program administration; interacts with corporate and operating companies staff to trouble-shoot and resolve benefit plan and other related issues; assists with preparing and interpreting plan documents and other corporate benefits policies and communications; assists with preparation of required annual benefit plan filings; develops specific recommendations on ways to improve administration of existing programs.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum three years experience in benefit plans administration; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field strongly preferred; CEBS coursework or designation desired; experience with ADP Enterprise and/or PeopleSoft systems preferred; proficiency in MS Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint); excellent oral and written communication skills; strong mathematical and analytic skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
