Corporate Marketing Administrator

 

A nationwide company with 12 branches throughout the United States seek a Corporate Marketing Administrator based in our North Kansas City branch.  Position is an entry level with great potential for growth!

 

Responsibilities would include, but will not be limited to the following:

 

o Literature/Presentations

Design and print marketing, sales and hiring literature; Design new company forms and network templates; Design MIR PowerPoint presentations; Utilize brand marketing on flyers, direct mail and presentations; Maintenance of corresponding budgets; Maintain and update pictures catalog.

o Strategies/Market Research

Conduct market research; Research customer and vendor demands and market trends; Develop strategies, tactics, budgets, and plans to maximize success of marketing projects.

o Promotional Store

Develop and maintain MIR Promotional Store; Maintain stock, branch orders and budget for promotional items.

o Website Maintenance

Develop and maintain MIR company website; Maintain updates as necessary.

o Event Planning

Meeting and travel planning; Coordinating company-wide events.

o Project Management

Special Projects include MIR strategic plan initiatives as requested by MIR advisory board; Assisting President and CFO with negotiation, administration and termination of contracts.

o Maintain Professionalism

Project a professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with supervisors, co-workers, customers and vendors. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.  This position requires the ability to multi-task and manages multiple priorities.  Individual should possess a strong attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, organizational skills, flexibility in work flow, deadline driven, and ability to receive constructive criticism.  Some travel may be required.
