Corporate Marketing Communications and Training Manager

In addition to joining the clear leader in our industry, you will play a key role in rebuilding our marketing strategy from the ground up -- an initiative in which we are making a significant investment. It's an exciting time to join JM Eagle, as we are moving our corporate headquarters from New Jersey to California and completing the integration of a recent acquisition that has nearly doubled our size. You will lead a staff of three to four in a wide variety of activities, including trade shows, advertising, and employee newsletters, and also manage extensive internal and external training programs. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant and well-rounded experience in corporate communications for product manufacturing companies, including managing media campaigns. You'll also need a solid work ethic and a willingness to take a hands-on approach in a lean organization. We're looking for a professional who can thrive in a corporate culture that combines the best of American and Taiwanese business practices.
